RETURN & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON OPENED ITEMS
Due to the nature of Rip & Ship products, all sales are final once a product has been opened (ripped) on stream or otherwise opened at the customer’s request. This includes, but is not limited to, booster packs, boxes, bundles, mystery products, wheels, spins, breaks, or any product opened as part of a live stream or custom order.
By purchasing a Rip & Ship item, you acknowledge and agree that there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any opened product, regardless of pull value or outcome.
Sealed Product Returns
Sealed products that have NOT been opened may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• Item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, contact us at goadedgameraz@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goadedgameraz@gmail.com.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Any ripped/opened product
• Rip & Ship purchases
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible sealed return is approved, a refund will be issued, and a new purchase may be made separately.
European Union Customers
If a sealed product is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unopened and unused.
This right does not apply to ripped or opened products.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
