SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only through standard checkout.
For international shipping outside the U.S. and Canada, customers must email goadedgameraz@gmail.com or join our Discord and contact us directly for a custom shipping quote prior to shipment.
Customer Identification Requirement
All customers must enter their YouTube or Twitch username in the Special Instructions field at checkout.
This is required to correctly associate orders with live stream Rip & Ship activity. Orders missing this information may experience delays.
Shipping Schedule
We perform weekly package drop-offs every Friday.
• Shipping payments must be completed by Thursday at 5:00 PM (local time) to be included in that week’s shipment
• Orders paid after this cutoff will ship the following week
Holding Policy (Rip & Ship Orders)
We offer free holding of Rip & Ship orders for up to 6 months from the date of the first pull.
After 6 months:
• Unshipped items are forfeited
• Forfeited items may be used for future stream giveaways
• No refunds or credits will be issued
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their holding period and request shipment within the allowed timeframe.
Giveaway Winners
Giveaway winners are responsible for paying shipping costs.
Shipping is not included unless explicitly stated in the giveaway terms.
Packaging
Orders are typically shipped using the following at no additional charge:
• 4x6 bubble mailer
• 9x12 bubble mailer
• 15x12 bubble mailer
In some cases, a 12x9 box or other specialty packaging may be required due to order size or protection needs.
This may result in additional shipping charges, which will be communicated prior to shipment.
Special Requests
If you have special shipping or packaging requests, please contact us through Discord before shipment.
Additional fees may apply depending on the request.
Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional and not included by default.
If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please contact us via Discord for a quote prior to shipment.
We are not responsible for loss or damage on uninsured packages once they are handed off to the carrier.
